Where we deliver

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.

Dispatch times

• In-stock items — ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday: dispatched the same business day. After 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays: the next business day.
• Made-to-order items (refill vials and nasal sprays, marked “Made to order”) — prepared fresh for your order and dispatched within 48 hours. We never hold pre-reconstituted stock.
• Pre-order items — dispatched within 28 days. If we miss this, you receive a full refund plus £20 store credit (see our Refund policy).

Orders containing made-to-order or pre-order items ship complete when the last item is ready. If you need in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Delivery service and cost

• Express tracked delivery — £5.99
• Free express delivery on orders of £200 or more

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Packaging

All orders ship in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging inside a plain, unbranded outer — nothing on the parcel identifies its contents.

Delays or lost parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 3 working days, contact us at support@pepsource.co.uk and we will chase the courier and, where a parcel is confirmed lost, replace or refund it. If a delivery fails and the parcel is returned to us, re-delivery may incur additional postage.
