How Elite is awarded. Elite status is by invitation, and is typically awarded to partners who consistently refer around 50 or more new customers per month over a sustained period — normally five months or longer — while maintaining high-quality, compliant content and representing PepSource professionally.
What counts as a new customer. A new customer is someone placing their first qualifying order with PepSource using your referral link or affiliate code. Repeat purchases are rewarded through your standard 15% commission but do not count towards new-customer qualification.

How much do I earn?
15% of the order subtotal (after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes) on every order attributed to you — first orders and repeat orders alike.
How are sales attributed to me?
Two ways: your personal referral link sets a 30-day cookie, and your discount code attributes the sale even without the cookie. If both apply, you're credited either way — the code takes priority.
Do I only earn commission for 30 days?
No — the 30 days applies only to automatic browser-cookie tracking after someone clicks your referral link. Your personal discount code isn't affected by it: customers can keep using your code long afterwards, and qualifying orders placed with that code still earn you commission in accordance with the programme terms.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly by PayPal. Commission clears 30 days after the order (to cover the returns window) and is paid once your cleared balance reaches £25.
Who can apply?
Content creators, community admins, researchers and publishers with an audience relevant to laboratory research. Every application is reviewed by a human within 2–3 working days.
Do I get a discount on my own orders?
Yes — and it grows with your partner level: 20% at Explorer, 30% at Growth and 40% at Elite. It's applied automatically at checkout whenever you're signed in to your partner account, so there's no code to remember. It replaces any membership tier discount rather than stacking with it, and your own orders don't earn commission.
How do I move up a level?
Levels are awarded by us rather than calculated automatically, and you don't need to apply. Growth recognises a partner referring consistently over time. Elite is by invitation and typically goes to partners referring around 50 or more new customers a month, sustained over five months or longer, with high-quality compliant content and a professional representation of the brand.
What counts as a new customer?
Someone placing their first qualifying order with PepSource using your referral link or affiliate code. Repeat purchases are rewarded through your standard 15% commission, but they don't count towards new-customer totals when we review levels.
What happens if an order is refunded?
Commission is only paid on completed, settled orders. If an order is refunded, cancelled, charged back, or the parcel is returned to us, the commission for that order is reversed.
Can my code be combined with other discounts?
No — one discount code per order, so your code can't be stacked with other promotions.
What can't I do as an affiliate?
No medical or consumption claims, no bidding on PepSource brand keywords, no coupon/voucher sites, no spam, and no ordering through your own link or code. Breaches forfeit unpaid commission and end the partnership.
How do I track my performance?
Your partner dashboard shows clicks, orders, conversion rate, commission and payout history in real time.
