Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about testing, shipping, storage and ordering.
Are your products independently tested?
Yes. Every production batch is tested by an accredited third-party laboratory for HPLC purity and mass-spec identity, and the certificate of analysis is published on our Lab Results page.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 2pm dispatch the same business day in insulated, discreet packaging. UK orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days.
How should compounds be stored?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored cool, dry and away from light. For long-term storage, keep sealed vials frozen at -20°C. Full guidance is in our Peptide Storage Guide.
Who can purchase from PepSource?
Our products are sold strictly as research reagents for laboratory and in-vitro use by qualified researchers and institutions. They are not for human or veterinary use.
Do you provide dosing advice?
No. PepSource does not provide dosing guidance or advice relating to physiological application under any circumstances. Our reconstitution calculator performs generic laboratory dilution math only.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of research reagents, we can only accept returns of unopened products in original packaging within 30 days. See our refund policy for details.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes — for laboratories and institutions with recurring requirements we offer volume pricing. Get in touch via the contact page with the compounds and quantities you need.
How do I verify my batch's COA?
Every vial carries a batch code. Match it against the published certificate on our Lab Results page to verify identity, purity and mass balance for your exact batch.
