PepSource Rewards — Terms & Conditions

These terms summarise how the PepSource Rewards & VIP programme works. PepSource may update the programme, including tiers, earn rates, rewards and thresholds, and will reflect any changes on this page.

• VIP tier qualification is based on eligible net spending during the previous rolling 12 months.
• Status may upgrade or downgrade as the rolling qualifying period changes.
• VIP automatic discounts apply to eligible full-price products only, and exclude clearance, bundles, promotional launches, gift cards and unusually low-margin items.
• VIP percentage savings cannot be combined with order-value (points) vouchers or birthday vouchers. Complimentary express delivery may be combined with a VIP discount.
• PepPoints have no cash value and are subject to account verification, returns and fraud controls. Points earned on an order may be reversed if that order is refunded or cancelled.
• Birthday rewards require your birthday to be saved at least 30 days before issue and are limited to one reward per 12 months.
• Referral rewards are credited after the referred order is paid and passes validation. Self-referrals and suspicious matching identities, addresses or payment details are not permitted.
• PepSource may correct points or tier status following refunds, cancellations, errors or abuse.

PepPoints and rewards are provided as a loyalty benefit and do not affect your statutory rights.
