Research Focus

Retatrutide is a triple agonist, acting on the GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors simultaneously where earlier compounds in its class targeted one or two. Published Phase 2 trial results have examined body-weight reduction, glycaemic control and hepatic fat content, with the triple-receptor mechanism reported to produce greater effect than single or dual agonists.
