KLOW Blend — The Complete Repair Blend

  • Combines BPC-157, GHK-Cu, TB-500 and KPV
  • Supports skin and tissue repair
  • Adds inflammatory support

Overview

KLOW Blend combines four research peptides in a single lyophilised vial — the GLOW combination with KPV added. It is supplied as a powder in a sealed vial for laboratory and in-vitro research.

PepSource supplies KLOW Blend in an 80mg vial. Every batch is independently third-party tested for HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry identity, and the certificate of analysis for the batch you receive is published on our lab results page.

Research Focus

KLOW takes the three peptides in our GLOW Blend and adds KPV. BPC-157 has been examined for tendon, ligament and muscle repair, gut mucosal integrity and angiogenesis. TB-500, a fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, has been studied for actin regulation, cell migration to injury sites and new blood-vessel formation. GHK-Cu, a copper tripeptide found naturally in human plasma, has been examined for collagen and elastin synthesis and skin remodelling. KPV, the C-terminal tripeptide fragment of alpha-MSH, has been studied for anti-inflammatory signalling, in models of intestinal inflammation, and for antimicrobial activity — which is what it contributes to the combination.

Research on BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV is predominantly in animal models and in-vitro studies; human clinical data is limited. GHK-Cu has additionally been studied in human topical trials.
